Common faults and their solutions for the ECD conductivity meter include the following:
?Unable to power on?
Check if the power cord is properly connected, and try replacing the power outlet or power adapter.
Check if the wire inside the testing instrument is burned, if so, do we need to replace it with a wire of the same model? 1.
Abnormal Reading?
Clean measuring electrodes by washing with warm water and an acid wash agent. If the electrodes are damaged, new electrodes are required for replacement.
Prior to measurement, place the conductivity meter in a water bath at a stable temperature for at least 10 minutes to achieve temperature equilibrium and perform temperature calibration to enhance accuracy.
?Display Not Working Properly?
Check if the battery is fully charged and replace it if necessary.
Check for loose connection wires and reconnect them. If the above methods are ineffective, it is recommended to contact a maintenance technician for inspection and maintenance.
?Unstable measurement value?
Replace old electrodes or calibrate using standard conductivity solution.
Maintain a constant temperature and humidity environment to minimize the impact of temperature and humidity fluctuations on measurement accuracy?
