An electric push rod is a hydraulic manipulator integrated with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components, suitable for applications requiring reciprocating linear (or oscillating rotational) motion, as well as for lifting, lowering, or clamping workpieces. It also allows for centralized or automatic control from a distance in hazardous areas. Structural Performance The hydraulic control valve assembly is mainly composed of overflow valves, suction check valves, speed control valves (as per customer requirements), hydraulic check valves (hydraulic locks), etc. Also, based on the operational characteristics of the electro-hydraulic push rod, different functional circuit combination valves can be designed to meet its working requirements. Generally, there are features like push-out self-locking and pull-out. Retractable and sliding locks are both self-locking; operating speed includes variable and non-variable types; the working angle of the electro-hydraulic push rod includes horizontal push, upward push (including diagonal upward), and downward push (including diagonal downward) among others. The main advantages of the electro-hydraulic push rod are as follows: Tightly structured, easy to install, space-saving, and simple to maintain. (2) Can start under load, equipped with overload protection function. (5) In case of power outage, the push rod will automatically lock to prevent accidents. (6) Full hydraulic transmission, responsive and smooth operation, effectively cushions external impacts, stroke control (≥0.5mm) (7) All-in-one mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic integrated full-sealed structure; working oil circuit circulates within a pressure-free enclosed steel cylinder, featuring a compact size, oil-tight, and resistance to harsh conditions.
