The worm gear screw jack is widely used in various industries such as machinery, metallurgy, construction, chemical industry, medical, culture, and public health. It can accurately control and adjust the lifting or advancing height according to a certain program. It can be directly driven by an electric motor or other power sources, or operated manually.

Ball screw lifting jack, the SWL series worm gear ball screw lifting jack is a fundamental lifting component, conforming to the standard JB/T8809—2010 (formerly JB/T8809—1998, JB/ZQ4391—86). Load capacity ranges from 2.5 to 120T. It boasts advantages such as compact structure, small size, light weight, wide power sources, low noise, easy installation, flexible operation, multiple functions, diverse mounting options, high reliability, and long service life.

The screw jack, also known as the helical drive mechanism, primarily converts rotational motion into linear motion or vice versa. There are types that primarily transmit motion, such as the feed screw of machine tool tables, and others that adjust the relative positions of parts. Screw jacks are differentiated by sliding friction and rolling friction mechanisms. The sliding screw and nut mechanism is simple in structure, easy to process, cost-effective, and features self-locking capabilities, although it has a high friction torque and low transmission efficiency. The ball screw and nut mechanism, despite its complex structure and higher manufacturing cost and inability to self-lock, boasts low friction torque, high transmission efficiency, high precision, good system rigidity, reversible motion, and a long service life. The screw jack consists of a worm gear reducer and a screw, with the减速 part being the worm drive that powers the worm to achieve reduction. The worm gear acts as the nut for the lifting screw and is matched to it.

The lifting speed of the screw jack is equal to the input speed of the worm gear divided by the reduction ratio of the worm and worm gear, then multiplied by the pitch of the screw. For maintenance and care, some series use oil lubrication, which offers the advantages of longer lifespan and more stable operation compared to those using grease lubrication. Structural style

Hoists are categorized by structural type as:

Type 1 - Ball screw performs both rotational and axial movement simultaneously.

2 Type - The screw rod performs a rotational movement. The nut on the screw rod moves axially.

Type of Assembly

Each lifting mechanism is further divided into two assembly types:

Type A - Screw thread (or nut) moves upwards.

B Type - Lead screw (or nut) moves downward.
