KW Series Conical Helical Bevel Gearbox for Cylindrical Worm Reducers

KW Type Conical Spiral Bevel Gearbox (JB/T5559-1991) features zk1 spiral bevel gears, which are conical spiral involute. Column spiral bevel gears, with high load-bearing capacity and long service life. Mainly applicable to industries such as metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, chemicals, construction, and light industry. Operating conditions: spiral bevel gear input speed not exceeding 1500r/min; operating environment temperature -40～40°C; when the operating environment temperature is below 0°C, the lubricating oil must be heated to above 0°C before starting, or low凝固点 lubricating oil should be used; the reducer can operate in both forward and reverse directions. Center distance: 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100, 125, 160, 180, 200, 225, 250. Gear ratio: 7.5, 10, 12.5, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60. Model and marking: KWU Type - Spiral bevel gear reducer with the spiral bevel gear under the worm; KWS Type - Spiral bevel gear reducer with the spiral bevel gear at the side of the worm; KWO Type - Spiral bevel gear reducer with the spiral bevel gear above the worm. Where K - spiral bevel gear is ZK1 type, W - worm reducer, U - under the worm gear, S - at the side of the worm gear, O - above the worm gear.

The KW series cone helical cylindrical worm gear reducers come in three types:

KWU Bevel Gearbox, KWO Bevel Gearbox, KWS Bevel Gearbox.

(1) Gearbox Code and Marking Method

The reducer code includes: model, center distance, nominal gear ratio, and assembly type.

There are three types of reducers available:

KWU: Conical helical gear reducer with a worm under a worm gear, featuring a cylindrical worm with a cone-shaped enveloping surface.

KWS: Conical helical involute cylindrical screw reducer with worm on the side of the worm gear.

KWO: Conical helical cylindrical worm gear reducer with the worm above the worm gear.
