CWU Worm Gearbox Reduction Unit

The CWU series worm gear reducers comply with the National Standard of the People's Republic of China (GB9147-88). The worm speed does not exceed 1500 r/min, the worm shaft can rotate in both directions, and the operating temperature range is -40℃ to +40℃. When the operating temperature is below 0℃, lubricating oil must be added above 0℃ before operation. Cooling measures must be taken when the operating temperature exceeds 40℃.

Center distances available in 16 options: a=63, 80, 100, 125, 140, 160, 180, 200, 225, 250, 280, 315, 355, 400, 450, 500.

Transmission ratios include 12 options: i = 5, 6.3, 8, 10, 12.5, 16, 20, 25, 31.5, 40, 50, 63
