What aspects can be checked when inspecting worm gear reducer?

Precision worm and worm gear reducers mainly include the WP series precision worm and worm gear reducers and the RV series precision worm and worm gear reducers. These are constructed with imported NSK bearings, oil seals, nickel-bronze worm gears, lubricating oil, and other components, meticulously manufactured with high precision, stable operation, and good efficiency. The daily maintenance tasks are as follows:

1. Regularly inspect the worm and worm gear wear condition on the worm gear reducer, such as the SCWS280 worm gear reducer, and if any abnormalities or wear is detected, repairs or replacements are required.

2. Regular lubrication of bearings and check for any damage or cracks; if any abnormalities are found, repair or replace immediately.

3. Regularly inspect the joint areas, output and input shaft ends, and oil seal tightness for the scws355 worm gear reducer. Check for any leakage of lubricating oil; if leakage is detected, it is necessary to replace the bearings or sealing rings.
