Examples include reactors, reaction vessels, decomposition pots, and polymerization reactors. Operation Procedure for Stainless Steel Reactor I. Pre-startup of the Stainless Steel Reactor Check that the autoclave, agitator, rotating parts, auxiliary equipment, indicator instruments, safety valves, pipelines, and valves meet safety requirements. 2. Inspect water, electricity, and gas to ensure compliance with safety requirements. 2. Stainless steel reactor in operation 1. Prior to adding ingredients, the agitator of the reactor should be turned on. Once it operates without noise and normally, add the ingredients to the reactor. The amount of ingredients added must not exceed the process requirements. 2. Prior to opening the steam valve, first open the exhaust valve, followed by the intake valve. Open the steam valve slowly to preheat the jacket, gradually increase the pressure, and ensure the pressure inside the jacket does not exceed the specified limit. 3. Steam valves and cooling valves cannot be activated simultaneously. It is prohibited to hammer or collide on the steam pipe during the passage of air. 4. When opening the cooling water valve, first open the return water valve, then open the incoming water valve. The cooling water pressure must not be lower than 0.1 MPa and should not exceed 0.2 MPa. 5. For water ring vacuum pumps, start the pump before supplying water, and stop the water after stopping the pump. Also, drain the accumulated water in the pump. 6. Regularly inspect the reaction kettle's operation; in case of any abnormalities, stop and perform maintenance. 7. When cleaning a titanium epoxy (enameled) reactor, do not use alkaline water to scrub the reactor, and be cautious not to damage the enamel. Section 3: After the stainless steel reactor is shut down Stop stirring, disconnect the power, and close all valves. 2.
