Condensing Gas (Oil) Steam Boiler

The Condensing Gas (Oil) Steam Boiler is a shell-type three-pass wet-back oil (gas) boiler designed by our factory based on both domestic and international technology and experience. The boiler operates automatically; the fuel is atomized by the burner, creating a flame that fills the entire waveform furnace drum and transmits radiant heat through the drum walls, marking the first pass. The high-temperature flue gases produced from combustion accumulate in the reburning chamber, then turn to enter the second pass, which is the twisted pipe bundle area. After heat exchange by convection, the flue gas temperature gradually drops to the front smoke box, where it turns and enters the third pass, the straight pipe bundle area, then flows into the rear smoke box and finally into the chimney, exiting into the atmosphere at the rear.

The condensing gas (oil) steam boiler features safety and reliability, energy saving and environmental protection, easy maintenance, durability, and full automatic intelligent control. All models have been tested by the Thermal Energy Test Center of the Special Inspection Institute, with all performance indicators exceeding the design requirements, reaching the international and domestic leading level.
