Steam Reactor

The Longxing Steam Reactor is widely used by production users in the petrochemical, rubber, dye, food, and various other industries, as well as in scientific research and experimental projects. It serves as a vessel for processes such as hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, distillation, evaporation, storage, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, condensation, heating, mixing, and isothermal reactions.

This reactor is a comprehensive reaction vessel, designed with structural functionality and configuration accessories tailored to the reaction conditions. It can complete the pre-set reaction steps from feeding to reaction to discharge with a high degree of automation. It strictly regulates critical parameters such as temperature, pressure, mechanical control (stirring, aeration, etc.), and the concentration of reactants/products throughout the reaction process.

The reactor material typically includes carbon manganese steel, stainless steel, zirconium, nickel-based (Hastelloy, Monel) alloys, and other composite materials. It can be manufactured using stainless steel materials such as SUS304 and SUS316L. Agitators are available in anchor, frame, paddle, turbine, scraper, and combination styles. The rotating mechanism can utilize cycloidal pinwheel reducers, variable speed reducers, or frequency conversion speed regulation to meet the special reaction requirements of various materials. Sealing devices can be mechanical seals or packed gland seals. Heating and cooling can be achieved through jacketed, semi-tubular, coiled tube, Miller plate, and other structures, with heating methods including steam, electric heating, and thermal oil to cater to the process needs of different working environments such as acid resistance, high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. Design and manufacturing can be tailored to the user's specific process requirements.
