The heat-exchange reactor for external piping is composed of the reactor body, lid, jacket, stirrer, transmission unit, shaft seal device, and supports. When the aspect ratio of the stirrer is high, multi-layer paddle blades can be used, or they can be customized according to customer requirements. The jacket can be placed externally on the reactor wall, or a heat exchange surface can be installed inside the vessel, or heat exchange can be achieved through external circulation. Support bases are available in types such as pedestal or lug-type supports. A gear reducer should be used for speeds exceeding 160 RPM. The number, size, or other specifications of the openings can be designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.

The kettles can be manufactured using stainless steel materials such as SUS304, SUS316L. Agitators come in anchor, frame, paddle, and turbine designs, as well as scraper and combination types. The driving mechanism can be a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, a variable-speed reducer, or frequency conversion speed regulation, catering to the special reaction requirements of various materials. Sealing devices can be mechanical seals or packed gland seals. Heating and cooling can be achieved using jacketed, semi-tubular, coiled pipe, and Miller plate structures, with heating methods including steam, electric heating, and thermal oil.
