Reaction kettle is a comprehensive reaction vessel, designed with structural functions and configuration accessories based on reaction conditions. It can complete pre-set reaction steps from feeding to reaction to discharge with a high degree of automation. It strictly regulates important parameters such as temperature, pressure, mechanical control (mixing, aeration, etc.), and concentrations of reactants/products during the reaction process. Its structure generally consists of the kettle body, drive unit, mixing unit, heating unit, cooling unit, and sealing unit. The corresponding auxiliary equipment includes fractionating column, condenser, separator, collection tank, filter, etc.

Vessels are typically made of carbon manganese steel, stainless steel, zirconium, nickel-based alloys (Hastelloy, Monel), and other composite materials. They can be manufactured using stainless steel grades such as SUS304 and SUS316L. Agitators come in anchor, frame, paddle, and turbine types, as well as scraper and combined designs. The driving mechanism can use spiral bevel gear reducers, variable speed reducers, or frequency conversion speed control to meet the special reaction requirements of various materials. Sealing devices can be mechanical seals or packed gland seals. Heating and cooling can be achieved through jacketed, semi-tubular, coiled, or Miller plate configurations, with heating methods including steam, electric heating, and thermal oil to cater to the needs of acidic, high-temperature, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant working environments.
