Industrial wool felt is made by bonding the felting characteristics of wool through mechanical processing (not woven with warp and weft). The main features are as follows:
Elastic and versatile, suitable for shock absorption, sealing, padding, and as the base felt for elastic wire felts. Excellent adhesive properties ensure it doesn't easily disintegrate and can be cut into various shapes for components. Good thermal insulation properties make it suitable as an insulating material.
Tightly packed, with small pores, it can serve as an excellent filtering material.
Good wear resistance, suitable for polishing materials.
Elasticated for a snug fit, bonded together with the felting principle.
After felting and bonding, they can be separated for use based on the density and specifications.
