What are the operation procedures for a stacker crane?

Stacker Operation Procedure:

1. The crane arm must be removed during牵引 driving, and then reinstalled at a fixed site with a different length depending on the requirements of the on-site operation.

2. Ensure the following pre-operation conditions for crane operations are met:

Inspect the site to ensure the crane has a solid and level working area. If there are uneven ground spots, use wooden blocks or iron plates to even them out.

b. Inspect the tightness of all parts and the integrity of the hoist hooks.

c. Conduct a thorough inspection of specified lubrication areas, ensuring the lubrication is effective.

d. Check if the hydraulic oil is sufficient.

To ensure the reliability of the retaining bolts for the spherical roller bearing, the bolts should be checked for pre-tension after the equipment has been in operation for 150 hours. Subsequently, inspections should be conducted every 1000 hours (with a pre-tension torque of 61 kgf.m).

f. Verify the reliability of the hook alarm;

g. Verify the reliability of the range limiter operation.

Inspect the wear condition of all wire ropes to ensure they meet usage requirements.

Operation of the crane

Power on, the phase sequence relay automatically determines the power phase sequence, positioning the motor in the phase with the forward direction (i.e., the same as the oil pump's rotation direction).

b. Start the motor, wait for the oil pump to run empty for 3 minutes before proceeding with the work.

c. Operate the undercarriage control valve: First, check if the fixed device is properly connected, then extend the stabilizers by removing the stabilizer pins. If the rotating bearing on the vehicle tilts beyond the specified limit, adjust each stabilizer individually to level it.

d. Operating the vehicle control valve: After adjusting the support legs, proceed with the vehicle control. When unloaded, any two combination actions can be performed freely; when loaded, only the rotation and slow lifting combination actions are permitted. However, operators must operate with caution; operators can control the working speed of each mechanism through the control lever.

e. Operating the travel control valve: First, push the on/off vehicle conversion valve rod to the off-vehicle position, then you can operate the forward/reverse valves to move the crane. After operation, push the conversion valve back to the on-vehicle position; otherwise, there will be no hydraulic power for the on-vehicle operation (the crane must retract all the vertical support leg cylinders before it can move).

f. It is mandatory to inspect the leakage circuit breaker's reliability weekly. Simply press the test button on the leakage circuit breaker after powering it on, and if it trips, it indicates that the leakage circuit breaker is functioning properly.

4. Crane Safety Operation Requirement: Remove the bolts connecting the bridge drive shaft to the rear axle. Secure the drive shaft in place before towing or driving.

(4) Relying solely on the boom overtravel limiter to prevent rear tipping is not advisable; during routine operations, attention should be paid to not exceeding the boom's range of motion.
