(1) Automation Warehouse Reminders: When picking up goods at stations or docks, the responsible personnel must: Understand the name, model, characteristics, and general storage and handling knowledge of the goods to be picked up and prepare well in advance, such as loading and unloading tools, transportation equipment, storage areas, etc.; Actively inquire about the arrival time and delivery status; Carefully check and match the name, specifications, and quantity of the goods against the goods list; Pay attention to inspect the appearance of the goods and verify the packaging condition, such as whether the seals are intact, and if there are any signs of dirt, dampness, water stains, or oil stains; If there are any doubts or discrepancies, they must be verified on the spot; — Only after confirming that the goods are picked up correctly should transportation arrangements be made.

(2) The material acceptance process involves a prescribed procedure for inspecting the quantity and quality of the physical goods. Only materials that pass the acceptance inspection may be stored in inventory.

(3) Upon material acceptance, the warehouse clerk is responsible for accounting, which includes recording in the ledger and entering the information into the computer. This documentation includes the material category, name, specifications, quantity, batch number, serial number, and supplier details.

(4) The warehouse manager is responsible for establishing identification cards for materials that have been accounted for, such as inventory sheets and storage cards. Under the assistance of handlers, the materials are placed in designated areas according to regulations.

(5) The warehouse manager is responsible for establishing a material archive for all stored materials, which includes: various certificates of material manufacture; technical documentation of the materials; special issues recorded during the transportation process; and—weight checking and inspection certificates.
