Dewar Ice

Dry ice is the solid form of CO2, which is an odorless, colorless gas under normal conditions and naturally present in the air. It exists as a solid at temperatures as low as -78.9°C. Under normal atmospheric pressure, solid CO2 sublimates directly without undergoing a liquid phase, meaning that the jet medium vanishes completely, leaving only the original debris to be dealt with. Therefore, in cleaning applications, dry ice is superior to water and other chemical agents.

Dry Ice Cleaning Decontamination Principle: 

Utilizing extremely low-temperature dry ice pellets, they are喷射towards the object being treated, causing the dirt on the surface to freeze, become brittle, and burst. As the dry ice pellets reach the crevices of the dirt, they immediately sublime, expanding in volume nearly 800 times instantaneously, thereby lifting the dirt away from the surface. The dry ice cleaning process employs compressed air as the driving force to propel the dry ice pellets towards the surface of the object, achieving the cleaning goal.
