LY1000 Contactless Laser Interferometer

Traditional laser interferometers typically require a target mirror on the measured object to reflect the measurement light for high-precision results. Raytech's LY1000 non-contact laser feedback interferometer eliminates the need for a target mirror, achieving high-precision measurements simply by utilizing the faint reflected or scattered light from the object being measured. This is truly non-contact measurement. In addition to being suitable for measurement targets that traditional laser interferometers can handle, it is also ideal for measuring objects that are not suitable for mounting a target mirror, such as liquid surface heights, semiconductor wafer positions, micro-mechanical displacements, material expansion coefficients, vibrations, and more.

Like other interferometers, its measurement results can be traced back to the light wavelength, eliminating the need for calibration.
