详情描述
Usage:
The ZBXN type sludge scraper is used in circular secondary sedimentation tanks of wastewater treatment plants. It scrapes the settled sludge at the bottom of the tank into the openings of a set of sludge suction pipes arranged along the radial direction, which are then discharged through the central sludge discharge pipe. This facilitates sludge return or concentration and dewatering. Simultaneously, floating debris on the surface of the tank is撇向a grit collection hopper, and then discharged outside the tank through the hopper for further processing.
Model Representation Method:

Features:
The ZBXN series sludge pumps are newly designed based on the digestion of existing equipment, featuring the following characteristics:
Simple structure, lightweight: With a semi-bridge design and only one drive unit, the main beam also serves as a mud channel. Compared to the full-bridge suction dredges widely used domestically, the weight is reduced.
2. Cost-effective operation and easy maintenance: By using siphon tubes to discharge sludge from the sedimentation tank to the central sludge discharge pipe through a non-rotating central sludge tank, there are no dynamic seals, preventing short-circuiting of the supernatant. This not only avoids waste of energy in the return pump but also ensures the concentration of return sludge, providing conditions for the normal operation of the biochemical process. At the same time, it eliminates maintenance work associated with dynamic seals.
3. Optional new-style transmission system, featuring an integrated reducer in the drive unit, which eliminates the need for alignment and couplings. The design is compact, high-efficient, and lightweight.
4. Configurable over-torque protection mechanism, automatically alarms and stops the machine when the torque reaches the set value.
Construction and Operation Process:
The ZBXN series sludge pump, as shown in Figure 1, is a peripheral-driven siphon type, consisting of a main beam that also serves as a sludge conduit, suction pipe system, siphon evacuation system, central sludge tank, central rotating bearing, drive unit, skimming device, collector, control cabinet, and more.
The main beam is driven by a surrounding drive unit, rotating around the pool's central axis. Sludge deposited at the bottom of the pool is scraped by a scraper blade into each suction point. Under the action of the liquid level difference, the sludge is transported through the suction points, mud channels, siphon pipes, central mud tank, and central mud discharge pipe to the sludge pit. Each suction pipe is equipped with an adjustable regulator to control the flow distribution among the suction pipes. Simultaneously, the floating debris on the surface of the liquid is concentrated into a constricted area formed by the scraper blade attached to the rotating main beam and the surrounding floating debris baffles, until it reaches the scraper arm at the closed edge. When the scraper arm reaches the collection bin, the scraper blade on the arm scrapes the debris into the collection bin.
Electrical Control:
The equipment can be set to start, stop, and operate for specified durations according to user needs, and it is compatible with PLC interfaces.
Main Technical Parameters:

Description: The specific dimensions and requirements for the paddle shall be determined based on the user's construction engineering conditions diagram.
