The LHSF vibratory solid-liquid separator developed by Lanhuan Company for the aquaculture industry is a continuous solid-liquid separator suitable for separating animal and poultry waste slurry, fruit juice extraction, and continuous dehydration equipment for screw pressing. Working Principle:

The Vibrating Solid-Liquid Separator is designed based on the physical separation principle, utilizing a combination of vibration system, feeding extrusion system, and automatic flushing system to process wastewater and sludge from aquaculture. It is an effective method for treating and separating solid-liquid from the fecal effluent of livestock and poultry farms. The separated sludge can be directly packaged for transportation, and the subsequent treatment cost of the separated liquid is reduced.

The complete unit features compact design, low energy consumption, stable operation, high degree of braking, and good solid-liquid separation. After using this separator, the removal rate of solid suspended matter in wastewater can reach over 90%, the moisture content of the dried manure is less than 60%, and there will be no secondary pollution.
