Product Introduction
Due to heavy sedimentation at the riverbed, a significant accumulation of algae on the water surface has blocked the natural exchange of air and water, resulting in severe hypoxia at the bottom, leading to fish mortality, the extinction of aquatic plants, and the loss of self-purification ability. Photovoltaic microporous aeration machines, powered by photovoltaic energy, drive fans to increase dissolved oxygen in the deep water layers, alleviate stratification, gradually mineralize the bottom sediment, and restore the water's self-purification capacity. They maintain the water's metabolism with solar energy over the long term.
Product is mainly used for river aeration, with better diffusion capability than impeller-type aeration machines. It employs a gas supply main pipe and a leading gas channel, along with a rubber membrane that allows for micro-porous aeration. It features a simple structure, high oxygen utilization rate, reliable performance, non-blocking air holes, no backflow of wastewater, uniform circumferential stress, long lifespan, easy installation and maintenance, and low system cost. It is currently a more economical and reasonable aeration machine among all aeration devices.
Product Structure:

Operating Principle:
Photovoltaic power drives the wind turbine to rotate at high speed, compressing air into a micron-sized release device, allowing the water to thoroughly mix with tiny bubbles, forming an air-water mixture. This creates an upward water current using the bubbles, controlling the accumulation of sediments and sludge, and maintaining a uniform dissolved oxygen level throughout the water body. By increasing oxygen levels, it promotes aerobic decomposition of pollutants in the water, effectively preventing anaerobic digestion, controlling the smell of decay, and establishing an ecological balance for self-purification of the water body in the later stage.
