Application Scope:
The Fountain Aerator is a highly efficient water treatment equipment designed by Jiangsu Lanhuan Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. specifically for the aeration, flow creation, circulation, and purification of water quality in rivers, lakes, and other water bodies. It is applied in landscape water treatment for artificial and natural lakes, parks, villa areas, eco-residential communities, golf courses, urban rivers and lakes, water channels, lake-river networks, and ecological leisure parks.

Operating Principle:
The fountain aeration machine is directly driven by an electric motor to rotate the impeller at high speed. Based on the principle of mixing and lifting in hydraulic machinery, it directly lifts the water from the bottom of the lake to the surface and throws it out to come into contact with the air, forming a water curtain. This creates an upward and downward circulation of water layers, with a water lifting capacity of up to 5120 liters per minute. Equipped with a high-speed rotating propeller, it thoroughly stirs the lake water while lifting it, thereby increasing the dissolved oxygen in the water. As the lifted water comes into contact with the air (which contains 21% oxygen), it breaks down a large amount of toxic substances in the water, achieving strong aeration and oxygenation, and rapidly improving water quality. During the upward and downward acceleration circulation of the water layers, the water body is fully aerated, organic substances are removed, and the stratification of the water is eliminated, thereby reducing BOD (Biological Oxygen Demand) and COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) values, achieving phosphorus and nitrogen removal effects. It effectively prevents the rotting and odor of stagnant water, eliminating the black and smelly phenomena. The powerful force generated by the machine creates splashes that cover the entire surface, ensuring that oxygen is evenly distributed throughout the lake, increasing the dissolved oxygen (DO) content in the water. This effectively balances the ecosystem and significantly improves the aquatic ecological environment. Through aeration, the lake water becomes clear after a few days, purifying the water quality and protecting and restoring the natural water source, creating a beautiful natural water landscape.

Cautionary Notes:
The power cord should be a removable rubber-sheathed waterproof cable, with one core securely grounded to the motor housing. Check that the voltage and current match the rated power of the aeration equipment.
2. The installation depth must be strictly controlled according to the technical specification table and cannot be arbitrarily adjusted.
3. The aerator operates with an up-and-down water flow when submerged, otherwise, the main motor's rotation direction is reversed. In this case, simply swap any two of the three wire terminals. The single-phase aerator's rotation direction is set to push forward during the manufacturing process.
4. No metal wires, ropes, plastic bags, or other long fibrous debris should be present inside the pool to prevent entanglement around the impeller and blockages at the water intake.
5. When the control system has an automatic power cut-off feature, the cause must be promptly investigated and the fault resolved before restarting. Under no circumstances should it be freely short-circuited and used again.
6. Voltage is 380V three-phase AC power (voltage tolerance is 5%), frequency is 50Hz, and operating water temperature should not be below 0℃ or above 40℃.
