Note that we should also regularly maintain two points: first, check if there are any issues with the actual operation of the mixing device. When the equipment stops, inspect the bending condition of the mixer blades to ensure they are not replaced or if the screws are loose. Second, ensure that the transmission clutch and braking system are smooth and reliable, inspect for zinc-coated wire rope damage, check if the track pulleys are functioning properly, and ensure there are no obstructions and lubrication around.

What are the key details to pay attention to in the power distribution aspect of a submersible mixer?

1. Prior to operation, the mixer's motor rotor winding ground resistance should be checked using a 0-500 ohm megohmmeter; its insulation resistance must not be lower than 50 kohms.

2. Verify that the actual current and working frequency of the application match the requirements specified on the factory label. The mixer allows a change in power supply current within ±5% of the rated current. When the motor is not operating under overload, the power supply current can vary by ±10% of the rated current.

If the distance between the switching power supply and the blender is considerable, increase the cable cross-section as much as possible, and reduce the number of connection heads to minimize current.

4. To ensure the normal operation of the mixer, please confirm that the cable is properly sealed and that the cable sheath is not damaged.

5. The light green wire marked with a fine line within the cable is the grounding wire. To ensure safety, the grounding wire should be securely connected and extended 50mm longer than the other wires.

Connect the motor cable to the starting equipment and inspect the direction of rotation of the centrifugal impeller. If multiple submersible mixers are connected to a single control panel, each mixer must undergo a separate safety check. If the direction of movement is incorrect, the motor cable connections to the three-phase lines on the control panel can have any two wires swapped.
