QJB Model Submersible Mixers Performance Features
1. The QJB type submerged mixer features a compact structure, simple operation and maintenance, easy installation and repair, and a long service life.
2. The impeller features an excellent hydraulic design structure, with high work efficiency. The swept-back blades have self-cleaning capabilities, preventing debris entanglement and blockage.
3. When used in conjunction with an aeration system, it significantly reduces energy consumption, improves oxygenation levels, and effectively prevents sedimentation.
4. The motor winding insulation grade is Class X, with a protection grade of IP68. Imported bearings and a motor anti-condensation device are selected to ensure the motor operates safely and reliably.
5. The mechanical seals are made of tungsten carbide-tungsten carbide. All exposed fasteners are made of stainless steel.
QJB Type Submersible Agitator Application Range
The blender should be able to operate continuously under the following conditions:
1) Medium temperature not exceeding 40℃;
2) The medium's pH level is between 5-9.
3) Liquid density not exceeding 1.15 kg/m³.
4) Long-term dive operations, with dive depths generally not exceeding 20 meters.
QJB Model Submersible Agitator Selection Precautions
Selecting a submersible mixer is a complex task, as the correctness of the selection directly affects the normal operation of the equipment. The principle of selection should be to ensure the mixer performs its agitation function fully within the appropriate volume, generally determined by flow rate. According to the different process requirements of wastewater treatment plants, the optimal flow rate for the mixer should be between 0.15~0.3 m/s. A flow rate below 0.15 m/s does not achieve the desired plug flow mixing effect, while a flow rate above 0.3 m/s affects the process efficiency and leads to waste. Therefore, before selecting, first determine the application of the QJB mixer, such as in sewage, sludge, or biochemical pools; secondly, consider the medium parameters like suspended solids content, viscosity, temperature, and pH; and also the pool shape and water depth.
The required matching power for a submersible mixer is determined by the volume size, the density of the mixture, and the depth of mixing. A single or multiple mixers are selected based on the specific circumstances.
