This not only relates to the cost of PCB manufacturing, interference signals between components, and the aesthetic design, but it also continues to affect the actual effect of SMT assembly processing.

    Despite the lack of a unified standard among different types of wood, there are some widely applicable standards in SMT PCB prototyping.

    One: For double-sided PCBs or solid wood multi-layer boards, the lines on both sides of the circuit board should be perpendicular to each other to avoid mutual magnetic induction and cross-talk.

    In terms of routing priority, important signal lines are given precedence, such as switch power supply, analog simulation of small signals, high-speed signals, digital clock signals, and synchronous signals, etc.

    If the PCB board is equipped with high current devices such as car relays, indicator lights, and speaker horns, it is best to separate the ground line independently to reduce noise on the ground line.

    If the PCB of an SMT surface mount manufacturing factory features a small signal amplifier, the weak signal lines should be kept away from strong signal lines before they are amplified. The wiring should be as short as possible, and if possible, use a ground line to shield them.

    Five, in order to better reduce the impact of wood on the parallel signal lines, SMT Hardware Factory needs to leave a significant gap between them. If there are two signal lines that are close together, it is best to run a ground wire between the two lines, which can provide shielding effects.
