  • This series of gear pumps is primarily composed of gears, shafts, pump bodies, safety valves, shaft-end seals (special requirements available, magnetic drive options with zero leakage structure), and other components. The gears are heat treated for high hardness and strength, and all rotating parts inside the pump are lubricated by the medium they transport.
  • The pump features a well-designed oil drain and return channel, minimizing the torque force on the gears during operation. Consequently, the bearing load is reduced, wear is minimized, and the pump's efficiency is enhanced.
  • The pump is equipped with a differential pressure safety valve for overload protection, with the full回流 pressure of the safety valve at 1.5 times the pump's rated discharge pressure. It can also be adjusted separately within the allowed discharge pressure range as needed. However, this safety valve is not suitable for long-term operation as a pressure-reducing valve, and an additional installation on the pipeline is required if needed.
