详情描述

The Knivova metal rotor pump is a positive displacement pump that operates by rotating metal rotors within a circular channel in the pump chamber. This rotation changes the working volume through the relative motion between the rotors and the pump body, thereby increasing the energy of the conveyed medium. On the side of the rotor in contact with the conveyed medium within the pump, energy is directly applied to the medium in the form of static pressure. It utilizes the squeezing action of the rotating rotor to expel the medium, while leaving space on the other side to form a low-pressure area, enabling continuous suction of the medium. There is a clearance of 5 to 30 threads between the rotors and the pump body, and between the rotors themselves (depending on the viscosity and characteristics of the conveyed material). The liquid surface tension compensates for the clearance leakage. The mechanical seal employs wear-resistant materials and structure, and boasts no-load running capabilities.
