The Knivova rubber rotor pump is a positive displacement pump that operates by rotating a wide-bladed elastic casing rotor, which is either precision-machined using a five-axis linkage process or trinary flow technology, within the circular flow channel of the pump chamber. Through the relative motion between the rotor and the pump body, the working volume is altered, thereby increasing the energy delivered to the medium. On the side of the rotor in contact with the medium within the pump, energy is directly applied to the medium in the form of static pressure, and the pressure exerted by the rotating rotor is used to expel the medium, while creating space on the opposite side to form a low-pressure area, enabling continuous suction of the medium. It has a positive displacement characteristic, with flow rate remaining unchanged regardless of back pressure, making it highly versatile and suitable for various operating conditions.
