Flange connections or flange joints refer to the detachable connections formed by the combination of flanges, gaskets, and bolts as a group of sealing structures, also known as flange hubs or bosses.

Flange Usage: Flanges are always used in pairs. Low-pressure pipelines can use threaded flanges, while those above 4 kg pressure require welding flanges. Place a sealing gasket between the two flange disks and then secure them with bolts. Flanges of different pressure ratings have varying thicknesses and require different bolts.
