Flanges are components used to connect shafts to shafts or to connect pipe ends; they are also used at equipment inlets and outlets for connecting two devices, such as reducer flanges. Flange connections or flange joints refer to the removable connections formed by the combination of flanges, gaskets, and bolts as a set of assembly sealing structures, also known as flange hubs or rim.

Flange Usage: Flanges are always used in pairs. For low-pressure pipelines, threaded flanges can be used, while for pressures above 4 kg, welding flanges are required. Place a sealing gasket between the two flange plates and then secure them with bolts. Flanges of different pressures have varying thicknesses and require different bolts.
