Flange connection or flange joint refers to a removable connection consisting of a flange, a gasket, and bolts, which together form a combination sealing structure, also known as a flange boss or rim.

Flange Usage: Flanges are used in pairs. Soldered flanges can be used for low-pressure pipelines, while welding flanges are required for pressures over 4 kg. Place a gasket between the two flange plates and then secure them with bolts. Flanges of different pressures have varying thicknesses and require different bolts.
