Product Overview:
Wet material enters the spiral bed through the top feeding opening, where, under the action of circumferential vibration force and gravity, it undergoes a jumping motion from top to bottom until it reaches the bottom layer. Meanwhile, clean hot air enters from the bottom of the spiral bed, where it undergoes sufficient heat and mass transfer with the material distributed on the bed, and is then exhausted through the top dry outlet. This process achieves the goal of drying the material.


Product Applications:
This drying equipment is primarily used for drying traditional Chinese medicine pills; it is also suitable for the drying of granular, short strip-shaped, and spherical materials in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, plastics, building materials, and feed.
