The DZLG Conical Screw Blender Dryer features a heating cone with an enclosed heating jacket, powered by hot water, thermal oil, or low-pressure steam to maintain a consistent temperature on the inner wall of the cone. A variable-frequency speed motor, via a parallel helical bevel gear reducer, drives the single-screw blender to rotate, causing the material to spiral and rise from the bottom to the top of the cone-shaped cylinder. Upon reaching the peak, gravity and inertia guide the material to automatically flow back to the bottom of the cone-shaped cylinder. This entire process forcibly heats the material inside the cone-shaped cylinder, facilitating relative convection and mixing, with heat diffusing within the material. This results in a comprehensive, irregular reciprocating motion of the material, achieving high-frequency heat exchange between the material, screw, and cylinder wall surfaces, thereby attaining heating and drying effects in a short period of time.

2. Blender
The hollow mixing shaft is connected to the hollow helical ribbon by separate support rods, forming a loop through which the heat medium can pass at the upper and lower ends connected to the hollow helical ribbon. To ensure that the material does not adhere to the drum wall, the gap between the helical ribbon and the drum wall is very small.
3. Vessel:
This section consists of the top cover, conical cylinder, discharge valve, etc.
