Rubber gaskets feature oil, acid and alkali resistance, cold and heat resistance, and aging resistance. They can be cut directly into various shapes of sealing gaskets and are widely used in industries such as electronics, chemicals, antistatic, flame-retardant, and food.

(1) Rubber Flat Washers: Easy to deform, require little force during tightening, but have poor pressure and temperature resistance; suitable only for low-pressure and low-temperature environments. Natural rubber has some resistance to acids and alkalis, with a maximum usage temperature of 60℃; neoprene can withstand certain acids and alkalis, with a usage temperature of 80℃; nitrile rubber is oil-resistant, usable up to 80℃; fluororubber has excellent corrosion resistance and better temperature resistance than general rubber, suitable for use in media up to 150℃.

(2) Rubber Sealing Washers: With a circular cross-section, they offer a certain degree of self-tightening and better sealing performance than flat washers, requiring less clamping force.

Rubber gaskets are widely used in industries such as automotive, electronics, chemical, antistatic, flame-retardant, food, and various mechanical and electrical equipment, serving as padding, sealing, and shock absorption functions.

Rubber gaskets are available in molded and cut varieties. The molded ones are formed using a hydraulic molding machine and molds, while the cut ones are produced by a gasket cutting machine. Compared to molding, cutting saves material but is more limited, as a single mold can only produce one type of gasket. The cutting machine can cut to any size within 1500mm, but has lower material utilization efficiency.
