It allows for online thermal lamination during the shingle manufacturing process, ensuring uniform lamination thickness, color consistency, and high bonding strength. This overcomes the color variation issue found in traditional co-extruded ASA laminates and also saves on material costs. The processing thickness range of the ASA surface is 0.05-0.2mm, with a width of 1500mm, uniform thickness, and stable dimensions.
