Product Advantages
The DYSSG series shredding units are suitable for shredding PE, PP, and PVC pipes with a diameter of up to 1600MM. Pipes as long as 3-6M can be directly crushed without cutting. The machine operates at a slow and stable speed. Various pipes are placed in the horizontal feeding trough, which automatically closes and hydraulically pushes the pipes to the center of the shaft for crushing. The shredded material is then conveyed to the crusher for secondary crushing to achieve the required particle diameter.
The DYSSG series shredding systems are primarily advantageous for their significant reduction in labor costs for cutting and waste from saw cuts, energy conservation, and safety efficiency. The entire system is controlled by a PLC central control unit.
