1. This unit is made from PA6, PET, and PP materials, producing BCF yarn through a one-step process of spinning, stretching, and deformation; PP material can incorporate recycled content to reduce costs. PET material can utilize bottle flakes.
2. Modular equipment combinations, including spinning, drawing, and winding, enable the production of single-color and tricolor BCF carpet yarns. A weight-based color matching system ensures uniformity in the raw yarn's color.
