The corrugated sheet is suspended between the plates on the upper rod. Moving the movable clamping plate compresses the sheet assembly, and then a set of clamping bolts is used to secure the fixed and movable clamping plates to a specific size. The frame style can also be modified according to user specifications. Heat transfer plates are one of the core components of plate-type heat exchangers. The corrugated plates are formed in a single molding process, and their rational corrugation design increases the effective heat transfer area of the plates. This allows the fluid to flow through the corrugations, creating turbulence and enhancing the heat transfer process. During assembly, the intersections of the corrugations form numerous contact anti-points, significantly increasing the rigidity of the plate assembly, allowing it to withstand high pressure. Each plate acts as a heat transfer surface, with cold and hot fluids passing through its two sides under the sealant's action to facilitate heat exchange. The plates have four liquid distribution holes, with gaskets fitted around the holes and the perimeter to restrict fluid flow within the plate assembly. The plates create parallel channels through which the two media flow, ensuring directional heat exchange. To accommodate various highly corrosive fluids, the material for the corrugated plates includes: industrial pure titanium TAl, suitable for seawater or other corrosive fluids; and various stainless steels, used for freshwater, drinking water, oils, and other non-corrosive fluids. Sealing washers are installed in the sealing grooves of the corrugated sheet, designed with a double-seal structure and featuring signal holes. In the event of leakage from the secondary seal, the medium can escape outside the equipment through the signal holes, allowing for early detection and resolution of issues, preventing the mixing of two media. The high-strength louver design features a patterned design at the louver location, enhancing the rigidity around the flange, resulting in a neater and more aesthetically pleasing assembly with better opening performance.
The middle section of the plate features a槽design that breaks the continuous corrugation within the plate, and the plate has been enhanced with a semi-slot structure, which relieves the pressure on the plate. This results in a more uniform and less prone to bending formation after the plate is pressed.

All plate gaskets are sealed with a non-adhesive clip, reducing operation and maintenance costs and facilitating repairs.
*High thermal conductivity: The special wavy design on the heat transfer plate allows for strong turbulence in the fluid at low flow rates, while the self-cleaning effect of the turbulence prevents the formation of dirt, resulting in a thermal conductivity of 3-5 times higher than that of shell-and-tube heat exchangers.
