Section 3: Features of the Bellows Heat Exchanger:

Enhanced thermal conduction
Heat exchanger tubes are thin-walled stainless steel tubes that undergo special processing to create a wave pattern with crests and troughs about 10mm apart. The fluid inside and outside the tubes experience strong disturbances as they pass through the waves, thereby significantly increasing the heat transfer coefficient.

2. Reduce temperature difference stress, withstand higher working temperatures
Due to the use of corrugated tubes in the heat exchanger, they can freely expand and contract under temperature differences, effectively reducing the thermal stress on the shell and tubes caused by the difference in expansion coefficients. Compared to traditional heat exchangers, it can withstand higher working temperatures and pressures.

3. Non-scaling, reducing flow resistance
Due to the flexibility of bellows under temperature differences, they can freely expand and contract, making it easy for dirt to fall off and possess the ability to automatically remove scale. This correspondingly reduces the increase in resistance caused by scaling during movement.

4. Compact size, low investment required
Due to the significantly higher thermal conductivity coefficient, the外形 dimensions are reduced under the same heat exchange area. Considering the lifespan and operating costs of the heat exchanger, the overall outcome is a cost-saving investment.

Section 4: Structural and Operating Principles of the Bellows Heat Exchanger

Reduce the flow velocity of the medium within the pipe section and produce sufficient heat exchange with adequate涡流.

2. The bellows are custom-made from thin stainless steel tubing, offering resistance to pressure and corrosion.

3. Position the medium to be exchanged within the shell, enhancing the exchange area with wave-like exchange.

4. The bellows and end caps are welded using sub-arc welding to ensure no leakage.

5. The housing is welded according to GB150 standard and made from steel plate coils.
