I. Overview of HY Aluminum Plate Fin Heat Exchangers
Aluminum plate-fin heat exchangers are a new type of high-efficiency heat exchange equipment. They are widely used in various fields such as chemical engineering, air separation equipment liquefaction, etc. Compared to traditional shell-and-tube structures, they offer 5-10 times greater heat transfer area per unit and a weight reduction of 9/10.

Section II: Test Pressure for HY Aluminum Plate Fin Heat Exchanger System
Once the heat exchanger is connected, before starting the system, it should be pressure tested together with the system using a clean, dry, and oil-free source. This includes checking the welds and other external areas. Note that the pressure test should not exceed the pressure for the gas tightness test of the heat exchanger. For low-temperature operation or environments where water cannot be present in the medium, the pressure test should not introduce water into the heat exchanger.

1. The panel type does not require additional maintenance.

2. Check for leaks in the plate, which can be done by maintaining pressure or using soap bubbles; note that the pressure maintenance cannot exceed the heat exchanger's design pressure.

3 If the heat exchanger has been confirmed to leak, the repair of the brazed structure must be performed by a professional, otherwise the leakage may worsen. Pressure repair is strictly prohibited.

4. When a heat exchanger becomes blocked, physical or chemical cleaning can be performed depending on the blocking medium. For water or ice blockages, heating methods can be used. If unsure, please contact the manufacturer.

When entering the cold box, be aware of pearl sand asphyxiation or hypoxia.
