5. Spray Gun Arrangement

Four spray guns are arranged in pairs diagonally, each set features adjustable spray angles. The spray zones of each set are distinct yet overlap, optimizing the spray area. The four guns can be manually adjusted up and down according to pipe diameter, ensuring a distance of 100 to 150mm between the nozzle and the steel pipe.

Ball valve for spray gun air line setup; the spray gun can be individually opened or closed according to the shot peening process.

6. Sandblasting Effect: Ensures uniform distribution of air and sand volume from each nozzle, resulting in a surface free of rust and even color after sandblasting.

7. The required compressed air pressure for the complete machine is: 0.7～0.8 Mpa (the air compressor is to be provided by the buyer).

8. Total air consumption of the complete unit is approximately 10 m3/min (air compressor to be supplied by the buyer).

9. Sandblasting Media: Aluminum Oxide, Glass Beads, Quartz Sand, 24-150 mesh.

10. A switch is installed on the main cabin door, which prevents the spray gun from operating when the cabin door is open.

11. Nozzles are made with wear-resistant boron carbide nozzles.

12. A 350mm diameter hole is to be cut in the side bulkhead of the main cabin door for easy entry and exit of steel pipes to and from the shot blasting machine. The buyer must promptly provide the supplier with the relative positioning dimensions from the ground level of the hole center (or the bottom surface of the hole) to facilitate the supplier's design of baffles with different hole sizes.

13. Equip a manual air gun outside the cabin to remove the leftover abrasive from workpieces after sandblasting.

14. Equipped with an effective filter-cylinder dust removal unit, utilizing pulse reverse-jet cleaning method.
