Features

7) Add rust inhibitor to the sandblasting fluid to prevent ironwork from rusting.

Composition

This machine consists of the main cabin, rotating worktable, worktable rotation drive, worktable trolley, inner and outer guides, spray gun sanding system, spray gun oscillating mechanism, air system, waste collection system, and electrical control system.

Processing Application Range

1) Suitable for liquid shot blasting (bead) processing.

2) Suitable for shot peening of medium to small parts for cleaning rough surfaces of investment castings, removing oxidation scales, eliminating fine burrs on machined parts, cleaning oil stains and rust from workpieces, providing surface finishing, achieving a matte finish for decorative surfaces, and improving the functional performance of mechanical components.
