Composition

The machine consists of the main cabin, rotating worktable, sand-water circulation system, spray gun sanding path system, airway system, and electrical control system, etc. (The main body is made of fiberglass.)

Processing Applicability Range

1) Suitable for liquid shot peening processing.

2) Suitable for single pieces and small batch sandblasting processing of small and medium-sized parts, including cleaning rough surfaces of precision castings, removing oxidation scales, eliminating fine burrs on machined parts, cleaning oil stains and rust on workpieces, polishing, matte decorative surfaces, sandblasted glass products with patterns, processing of sand surfaces on instrument panels, and improving the service performance of mechanical components.
