This machine is powered by a grinding fluid pump and compressed air, using grinding fluid as the medium. It achieves surface cleaning and polishing by rapidly jetting the grinding fluid onto the workpiece surface through a spray gun. The machine can perform the following tasks.

1) Clean the oxidation scale, residual salt, and slag from heat-treated parts, welded parts, castings, forgings, etc., achieving a cleaning quality up to Sa3 level.

2) Suitable for cleaning burrs, surface residues, etc. from machined parts.

3) Modify the surface roughness Ra value of the workpiece.

4) Suitable for pre-treatment processing before coating or plating on workpieces, which can achieve an active surface and enhance the adhesion of the coating or plating layer.

5) Suitable for polishing high-precision and complex-shaped parts.

6) Suitable for improving the physical and mechanical properties of workpiece surfaces, such as altering the state of surface stress, enhancing the lubrication conditions of mating pairs, and reducing noise during the movement of mating pairs.

7) Suitable for refurbishing old machinery.
