JS-8013 RO System Regenerator Product Description ●JS-8013 is a membrane-grade reducing agent, primarily used in conjunction with the oxidizing biocide JS-8012 for residual chlorine reduction when entering certain membrane systems. When there are residual oxidizing agents in the reverse osmosis system, a reducing agent must be added to prevent membrane damage. To avoid irreversible damage to the components due to oxidation, the residual chlorine level must be controlled within a certain range. The proportions of the active ingredient and the production process of this chemical are adjusted specifically based on different water qualities and operating conditions. Product Features ● Membrane-grade reducing agent, liquid product, easy to use; ● Rapidly reacts with residual oxygen in a short period, effectively eliminating oxidative hazards. ● Applicable to all membrane element manufacturers, including Reverse Osmosis (RO), Nanofiltration (NF), and Ultrafiltration (UF) membranes, such as Hydranautics, Dow, Koch, Toray, and CE Company's osmonice membrane elements. ● The dosage of the additive is adjusted according to the residual chlorine before the inlet system to achieve good control status. ●Enhance the cleaning effect of the film, extending its service life; ● Improve the operational status of the system. Instructions for Use To achieve a good recovery effect, it is recommended to set the dosage before the mixer or security filter. ●JS-8013 Disinfectant is recommended for continuous dosing to maintain a consistent dosage level. ●JS-8013 is fully miscible with water in any proportion. The specific dosage should be determined based on the quality of the water being treated, calculated by the dosing software or consult our professional engineering team. Recommended materials for dosing equipment: stainless steel, polyethylene, PVC, or polytetrafluoroethylene; carbon steel is not recommended.
