Two, Boric acid reinforcing agent is a product that, based on our company's traditional offerings, has been developed through several years of research in collaboration with experts from the Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel. It incorporates relevant compounds to offer superior performance compared to boric acid. Its characteristics are:White crystalline powder with a slippery texture, odorless; it can shorten the melting boron time and improve the caking rate during the iron and steel sintering process. The borax reinforcing agent is a finished product made by mixing, drying, and adding new combustion aids, reinforcing agents, and oxygenation agents, with borax as the main raw material.
III. II. Functional Effects:
Four1. Catalyzes the gasification and combustion of solid fuels, particularly enhancing the catalytic effect on non-carbon substances within the solid fuels, increasing their reactivity. This raises the temperature of the sintering process combustion zone, facilitating the mineralization reaction and producing a large amount of liquid phase.
Five,2. Improves the heat transfer conditions between gas, solid, and liquid phases in the sintering process, thereby accelerating sintering speed, shortening sintering time, and enhancing production efficiency.
Six.3. Lowers the melting temperature of the blend, improves ignition conditions, reduces the amount of returned ore, and increases the yield of finished products.
Seven4. Halides and rare earth elements in the boric acid reinforcing agent can inhibit the natural sintering powdering phenomenon, benefiting the enhancement of sinter strength.
Eight5. Due to the exothermic energy-saving effect of the reaction, the addition of solid fuel in sintering production is reduced, lowering the SO2 content in sintering exhaust gases and decreasing environmental pollution.

Under the reinforcement of boric acid additive and catalytic action, most liquid-phase reactions can be completed below 1300°C, leading to an earlier sintering endpoint, an increased sintering utilization coefficient, and a reduction in solid fuel consumption, as well as a simultaneous decrease in other fixed costs of the production process.
Ten.7. Boric acid reinforcing agent can enhance sintering utilization coefficient, improve sintering ore drum index, reduce iron content, increase finished product rate, and lower return ore rate, yielding significant economic and social benefits.

Twelve Section II Laboratory Test Results:
Thirteen Selecting迁安concentratedironore、Brazilconcentratedironore,bothcontainingironOver 66%, with a ratio of 76%; using lime as 16% and magnesite as 4% solvent ratio: fuel ratio is 5%. In the base period, take 80kg of uniformly mixed raw materials as per the above ratio for sintering tests. Pour the above materials into a single mixer, add water, and stir thoroughly. Then, into a secondary mixer to form 3mm balls, and conduct relevant tests on the mixed material. During the test period, maintain the same ratio for other raw materials, but reduce the fuel quantity by 13% (can sequentially reduce by 8%, 10%, 13%, 15%), meaning the fuel ratio is 4.35%, then mix and stir the borax reinforcing agent uniformly (first mix with fuel, then with the mixed material), using an amount of 0.0003 times the raw material quantity. Repeat the sintering test of the base period, mainly assessing the consumption of solid fuel and production increase, and compare the results:
