JS-505 Power Plant Corrosion Inhibitor and Scale Inhibitor
JS-505 Corrosion Inhibitor and Scale Inhibitor is primarily composed of novel organic phosphonates, sulfonate copolymers, HPMA, and copper corrosion inhibitors. It effectively prevents the growth of calcium carbonate crystals, and through lattice distortion and dispersion, it prevents carbonates in circulating cooling water from depositing on the condenser surface as hard scales. Additionally, it utilizes organic phosphates to form a passivating film on the metal surface, achieving the purpose of corrosion inhibition and scale prevention.
(1) Wide pH range applicability, typically exhibits good corrosion inhibition from 7 to 9.5, without the need for acid addition during operation.
(2) The maximum alkalinity and acidity level reaches 12.5 mmol/L.
(3) Excellent corrosion inhibition for stainless steel and copper alloys.
◆Usage Instructions
(1) Based on requirements for water quality, concentration ratio, and process conditions, the dosage is generally 5~10 mg/L. (The exact amount should be determined after a simulation test.)
(2) Continuously add the chemical with a dosing pump based on the supplementary water volume to the circulating water inlet.
◆Application
Primarily used as an anticorrosive and scale inhibitor in electrical systems.
Packaging & Storage
This product is packaged in plastic drums, each drum weighing net25kg. Store in cool, dry conditions. Shelf life is 10 months.
