◆ Instructions for Use
JSMDC150 is a high-performance antiscalant formula, used to control scaling caused by the precipitation of calcium carbonate, sulfates, and iron oxide in membrane separation systems. The use of this antiscalant can extend the cleaning cycle of the system, thereby extending the lifespan of the membranes and reducing costs. JSMDC150 is widely used in reverse osmosis and nanofiltration units.
◆Processing/Adding Requirements
Dosage pointTo achieve greater efficiency, the JSMDC 150 should be added before the mixer or security filter.
◆ Dosage Instructions/Amount
JSMDC150 can be used directly or diluted. For dilution, use RO water or desalinated water, and do not exceed a dilution factor of 10 at room temperature. Add 3-5 PPM per ton of water. (The exact dosage should be determined through simulation tests.)
