Product Introduction
Our anti-freezing fluid for heat pump heating systems is a green, environmentally friendly, and energy-saving product developed and produced in response to the needs of heating users in northern China during winter. It boasts long-lasting anti-freezing, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, scale prevention, high boiling point, non-flammable, and non-explosive characteristics. Compared to traditional boilers using water as the medium under the same conditions, it offers over 20% energy savings, and up to 40% during intermittent heating. It heats up quickly (reaching 100°C 8% faster than water), cools down slower, and maintains heat longer than water (retaining heat for an extra one to two hours after shutdown), and has a lower evaporation rate. It can be widely used in heating systems employing ground heating pipes, radiators, water heating air conditioning, and heat curtains, among others. Its cold and heat sources can include air-source heat pumps, ground-source heat pumps, water-source heat pumps, coal-fired heating boiler systems, solar heating systems, ice storage systems, oil and gas boiler systems, electric boilers, and condensing electric boiler systems.

Our company's independently developed and produced "novel ion membrane passivation technology" effectively suppresses electrochemical corrosion in heating systems by forming a dense ion protective film on the metal surface. It boasts excellent long-lasting scale prevention, corrosion resistance, and air-eroding resistance, significantly extending the lifespan of various components in the heating system.
Utilizing advanced domestic technology, it incorporates a unique "waterway scale cleaning and sterilization technique." This effectively inhibits and removes scale while controlling the growth of microorganisms in the water, preventing widespread proliferation of bacteria and algae that could clog pipelines. This ensures the radiator operates cleanly without scale or algae buildup, maintaining a high level of heat dissipation.
Pure water produced by reverse osmosis filtration system is blended with antifreeze raw materials and various auxiliary materials, effectively preventing the formation of scale.
Physical and Chemical Properties

【Instructions for Use】
Add this product to the heating system just like you would add water. During use, the system will naturally evaporate water, so simply replenish with water as needed; no additional antifreeze is required. If there's water leakage, overflow, dripping, or seepage, supplement with an equal amount of heating antifreeze.
For outdated heating systems, first, drain all the system water and clean the system thoroughly before adding this product. If the original heating system can be treated with a chemical cleaning agent and then added this product, the effect will be even better. For caution's sake, it is recommended not to use this product on old and severely corroded water heating systems that have been in use for many years, as the rubber gaskets at the connections of old water heating systems have aged and are prone to leakage. If the old water heating system still has value, replace the rubber gaskets with PTFE silicone pads (white transparent pads) and anaerobic sealing rings (thread locking adhesive) before using this product.
If the concentration of this product needs to be reduced, additional heating and corrosion inhibitor (for non-type heat pump heating systems) must be added; otherwise, the antifreeze performance and the product's corrosion inhibition and corrosion resistance will be reduced.
"Golden Prajna" Anti-Freeze Heating Fluid should not be mixed with other brand anti-freeze fluids.
