Thoroughly inspect the entire piping system, with particular attention to the following points:

(1) Are the fixed brackets, guide brackets, and bracket installations in accordance with the system diagram?

(2) Was the appropriate bellows compensator correctly installed in the designated location?

(3) Are the pre-displacement and flow direction of the expansion joint correct?

(4) Has the expansion joint's transportation restraint device been fully dismantled in accordance with regulations (except for special requirements)?

Proper support is provided for the additional static load due to water weight on the pipelines and expansion joints; when the pipeline

During segmented testing, has the manufacturer confirmed: Are the necessary temporary supports and fastening devices properly installed?

(6) Are all guide brackets, pipe brackets, and bellows compensators designed to allow free movement of the pipe?

Are the expansion joints all intact and undamaged?

(8) Are there any misaligned expansion joints along the central axis? To verify this, measure the total length of the expansion joints.

Inspect the geometric shape of the ripple and check the spacing between the critical points on the expansion joint and other critical points on the system.

Are there any foreign objects trapped within the bellows and other movable parts of the expansion joint?

8.3 System Pressure Testing During and After Pressure Testing

During the system pressure testing (extreme caution must be exercised to ensure safety) and upon completion of the testing, the system should be externally inspected.

Observation and inspection, with the following items checked:

(1) Are there any signs of leakage or pressure loss.

(2) Fixed brackets, bellows compensator components, especially those structural components that bear pressure thrust, bellows tubes, and
