Selection Principles for Loading and Unloading Crane Pipes

The development has been strengthened by the internet. In the petrochemical industry, there is a wide variety of liquid products, with different properties of chemical materials. The types of vehicles, such as trucks, rail tank cars, or tankers, used to transport these materials vary greatly, as do the sizes of the tank openings. Additionally, there are two different modes of loading and unloading: top and bottom. Therefore, it is crucial to select the appropriate loading and unloading crane hoses based on various actual conditions. What principles should be followed in selecting loading and unloading crane hoses?

When loading or unloading liquefied petroleum gas or liquefied gas materials, an enclosed truck鹤管 must be used.

Under normal storage and handling conditions, when the saturated steam pressure is approaching or exceeding 0.1 MPa (absolute pressure), a closed-type loading and unloading crane pipe must be used.

Under ambient storage and handling conditions, the material is a volatile liquid that is flammable, explosive, and may be harmful to the environment or to human health. In such cases, enclosed loading and unloading nozzles must be used.

When handling materials as volatile liquids with recoverable vapors, enclosed loading and unloading鹤管 must be used.

When unloading from tank trucks or ships, when using vapor pressure boosting for unloading or vacuum extraction, it is mandatory to use an enclosed unloading truck spout.

For corrosive materials, to prevent splashing or ensure personal safety, enclosed loading and unloading鹤管 should be used.

For the loading and unloading of low-volatile and non-hazardous general liquid materials, open-type loading and unloading鹤管 can be used.

When loading low-volatile liquid materials, the insertion of a short vertical pipe in the form of a 90° flat outlet or a 45° slanting outlet can be adopted.
