(3) After prolonged use, it is important to inspect the鹤管 for any signs of medium leakage. At this point, it should be disassembled to clean, repair, and maintain the swivel.

(4) Maintenance personnel should reasonably establish a maintenance plan for the crane boom (loading/unloading arm) based on the company's operational schedule.

(5) Lubricate the spring cylinder at least once per year.

(6) Regularly inspect the crane pipe's operational status to identify any issues during operation, and then perform maintenance. It's important to apply some lubricant to the rotating position of the shaft, as well as the parts and the spring balancer.

(7) It is recommended to avoid opening the swivel joint at will. If it is necessary to open it, please ensure to protect the sealing surface and seal of the swivel joint from any damage and maintain cleanliness. Failure to do so may result in leakage of the swivel joint, which in severe cases may be irreparable.
